For great cooks looking for balsamic vinegar in the region famous for its production. It's possible to buy small and large bottles of aceto balsamcio de Duca more or less aged. The oldest bottle has been aged for 30 years! They also sell very good olive oil from nearby producers.

How to get here - Autostrada A1, exit Modena Sud, direction of Modena. After an overpass to the left, follow a sign for Ristorante La Bussa. Another 150 m. to the right.
