Download Instructions

1. Once you have completed the payment section you will be directed to the download page. Click the download now button.

The Directory file is 14 mb so it will take between 10 and 30 minutes to download, depending on your Internet connection - relax and please be patient (think of the shopping!!)

2. You will be prompted to save your file to a location on your computer, we suggest you save the file to c:\ (Drive C within Windows Explorer or My Computer).

3. When the file finishes downloading click the open button.

4. Follow the simple prompts for the installation process, we have made it as simple as possible and it mainly auto installs onto your computer.

5. Once the installation process is complete, you will need to restart your computer.

6. When you restart your computer, you will find the link to the Factory Outlet's Italy e-directory on your desktop.

7. Double click the icon and the program will open.

8. The installation file which you have downloaded in your c:/ is foisetup.exe Once you have completed the download and installation you will no longer require this file and it can be deleted from your computer.

Please keep your user name and password safe, you will need them if you need to reinstall the program
